Changing One Thing To Lose Weight

Do you realize that losing weight can be as easy as changing one thing about your diet? That one thing is what you eat for snacks. It is okay for you to indulge in a snack or two a day. The type of snack you choose will decide whether you lose weight or gain weight.

Bad snacks: Sugary foods, cookies, cake, cupcakes, chips, pudding, ice cream and other foods that are loaded with calories.

Good snacks: Fruits and raw vegetables, cereal bars, protein bars, weight loss shakes, jello, sherbert and other low calorie snacks. (In fact, eating celery actually burns calories because you spend more calories chewing it then are actually in it in the first place, mostly because of it’s high water content.)

Now, this is not to say that you can’t have any of the “bad snacks”, just in moderation. You will also be delighted to know that they make these types of sugary snacks low in fat and calories now, so you can include these in your diet as well.
